Jennifer & Roy | A Downtown Engagement Session in Jackson, MS

Jennifer & Roy were the real MVP’s during Saturday’s engagement session! We had the perfect weather right up until it was time for our shoot to begin. Our plans quickly changed when heavy rain and thunderstorms began. At the last minute, we moved our session into The Westin Hotel in Downtown Jackson and began our session there. After the rain ended, we decided take pictures outside of the hotel and around some of the beautiful structures within the area. As the sun was beginning to set, we took some nighttime photos which I really LOVE! I have always been known for my natural light, sunset portraits, but it was so much fun shooting at night with this gorgeous couple and utilizing the natural ambiance from the downtown lights.
