Shelby & Caleb | A Lovely Winter Wedding at The Ivy Venue in Flowood, MS

My first wedding of 2019 could not have been better! Shelby & Caleb had a beautiful ceremony at The Ivy Venue in Flowood, MS. I am so thankful that the rain ended just in time for Shelby & Caleb’s first look. Shelby & Caleb had an intimate first look that made me squeal with happiness! I LOVED Caleb’s reaction to seeing Shelby for the very first time. His reaction was truly priceless, and I am so honored to have captured it all.

Shelby & Caleb had the help of some of their family members to make their day extra special. The ceremony was ministered by Caleb’s uncle. The ceremony and the reception were beautifully decorated by one of Shelby’s talented aunts who is also a florist. The spectacular floral cross in the ceremony area and the amazing fresh floral décor were definitely highlights of the wedding. Caleb’s aunt made the bride & groom’s yummy wedding cake, and another one of Shelby’s aunts helped with coordinating the big day!

One of my favorite parts that I loved about the ceremony was when the bride & groom participated in communion among themselves. I felt that it added such a special touch to their wedding ceremony. Immediately after the ceremony, Shelby & Caleb had some amazing “just married” sunset portraits taken before the fun reception began! The couple left the reception with a beautiful sparkler exit surrounded by family & friends!
