Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Stanford! Jennifer & Roy had a very beautiful and elegant wedding at The Ivy Venue in Flowood, Mississippi. When I first met Jennifer for a consultation, I knew she would be the perfect bride for me! We sort of just connected and I loved how laid back and down to earth she was. Her fiancé Roy is just the same, so I knew they were a perfect match.
Jennifer and Roy’s amazing ceremony and reception décor were brought to life by the very talented Kellye Christian Floral + Event Design! The décor colors were purple, rose gold, and ivory. The gorgeous fresh floral décor, delicate fine china, and rose gold accent pieces were tied together to make a grand statement. The small details, such as the rose gold wax seals on the menus by Open Invitation were the perfect touch! The bride and groom were so surprised when they saw how beautifully decorated the reception was. The looks on their faces were priceless!
One of my favorite details from the wedding was the cake! Out of all the weddings I have photographed, I have never seen a cake as unique as the one King Kakes and Katering made for this particular wedding! It was something about the deep purple and gold that really stood out! I also loved the custom cookies that Creative Bites made to match the wedding cake and décor. The cake and cookies literally looked too good to eat!
The bride’s beautiful gown was by The Bridal House By Woo. I loved the glitter details and intricate designs of the gown. The groom’s custom tailored suit was made by the talented Kyris Kustoms. I loved the personalized details such as the groom’s name that was sewn into the suit’s jacket and sleeve! Another favorite part of wedding day that I loved was when Jennifer received her wedding gift from Roy. He surprised her with a very beautiful pair of Christian Louboutin heels! And guess what? The bride absolutely loved them!
I am so happy I was able to capture this amazing day for Jennifer & Roy and work alongside so many amazing vendors, such as Harold Lyle Films to provide amazing coverage for the couple.
