Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Swoope! Kayla & Alex had a lovely outdoor wedding at the Benton Country Club in Benton, Mississippi. The wedding day started with the girls getting ready together at The Hilton Garden Inn in Madison, MS. Kayla was very relaxed for her big day and I do not believe she was nervous at all!
After getting ready, the bridal party traveled about 30 miles to Benton, MS for the wedding ceremony. Before the ceremony, Kayla & Alex had a sweet first look! The smile that Alex had on his face when he saw Kayla for the first time was absolutely priceless! When the first look ended, I spent time photographing the bride & groom. Kayla & Alex had the best attitudes regarding the high temperatures. From looking at the photos, you would not be able to tell that the heat index was 100 degrees!
One thing that I loved about Kayla & Alex’s day was their beautiful sunflower decor! I loved how the sunflowers were incorporated in the bridal bouquet, ceremony & reception decor. After the ceremony, the bride & groom entered their reception with a grand entrance. The guest threw birdseeds as the couple made their way into the reception. It was so sweet watching how happy the guest were about the newlyweds! Thank you Kayla & Alex for sharing your special day with me!
