Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Hood! Niki & Brad had a lovely outdoor wedding last weekend. The wedding was held in Calhoun, MS at the groom’s parents’ home. The day began with Niki calmly getting her hair and makeup done for the big day. As Niki got dressed, the groom’s mother gave Niki a beautiful diamond bracelet to wear as her something borrowed, and she carried her mother’s blue handkerchief in the pocket of her dress as her something blue.
Niki & Brad decided to have a first look before the wedding ceremony. I loved watching their expressions when seeing each other for the first time! After the first look, I had the sweetest time photographing the bride and groom during their portrait time. After the first look, it was time for the ceremony. The wedding was nicely decorated with beautiful white flowers and greenery. The beautiful ceremony arch was even handmade by the groom himself for the wedding!
After the ceremony, there was a backyard reception consisting of light hors d’oeuvres and cake cutting. When the reception was over, the guest traveled to downtown Grenada, MS for a fun afterparty which was held at Jas Cuff & Company Event Venue for all the guest to enjoy! The afterparty had an amazing band that entertained the guest throughout the entire night. The couple ended the night with a sweet sparkler exit among family and friends!
